FALL LADIES MOUNTAIN BIKING
Mondays, Mianus River Park, September 18th - October 9th
After a successful launch this spring, the Ladies Mondays on Mountain Bikes kicks off its fall season on Monday, September 18th. The program is held from 10:30-11:30 AM at Mianus State Park. A mountain bike, hybrid bike or cyclocross bike may be used. This is a perfect class for those comfortable on a bike on the road (i.e. beach cruiser, hybrid or road bike), and that are ready to learn to feel comfortable, empowered, and enabled to enjoy the trails at Mianus State Park. We will start on the old roads which are excellent for beginners and for conditioning. Based on the attendees, course advancement will be commensurate with rider experience. All are welcome!
Those that haven't ridden in a while but that want to come be part of an amazing social experience are encouraged to participate. There will be laughs, probably a few screams and some definite hoots of laughter. Come feel like a kid again! Racing in local cyclocross races is available. No USA Cycling license is required unless riders choose to race.
